About the Meditation and Yoga Teacher
Dada Jitendrananda has been practicing meditation & yoga for 30 years. Born and raised in Ireland, Dada studied Prout economics in Copenhagen from where he went to Benaras, India to train as an Ananda Marga monk. Upon graduating in 1984 he was assigned to Japan where he spent the next 14 years, teaching meditation and building the Prout movement.
Since 2000 Dada has been teaching meditation & Yoga throughout New Zealand, and has recently developed a six-week live-in training that combines meditation / Yoga & Prout activism.
Dada's interests include creative writing, music and trekking.
