5-week Beginner’s Yoga and Meditation course in Auckland starting 4-Sep-15 (Koha-basis)
Celebrate the coming of spring with a koha-basis Yoga & meditation course in our Auckland centre every Friday for 5 weeks from the 4th of September, from 6:00 – 7:30 PM.
Expect a variety of useful tools to empower your daily life. Learn all about Tantra Yoga, meditation, bio-psychology, the layers of the mind or how you can keep your emotions and stress in check.
We’ll also teach you some specific age-old yoga relaxation and proper breathing among other techniques.
During those 5-weeks, change will be the order of the day. By the end of the course you will have taken a journey into the rich history of yoga as an intuitional science and gained true knowledge around the practice of meditation and concentration.
We think knowledge of Yoga and meditation are essential to daily life and should be freely shared. We would, however, appreciate any voluntary donation to help us continue to do this. 🙂
